Dr. William Portnoy
Dr. Portnoy has been working in the New York Metropolitan area since 1993, performing all facets of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. He is a graduate of Brandeis University and The George Washington University School of Medicine. He performed his residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and completed a fellowship in Head and Neck and Reconstructive Surgery in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Portnoy is Double Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
