Jean Balzano is currently the office manager at Chelsea Otolaryngology. She has been working with Dr. Portnoy for the past 8 years and has been working in the field of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery for the past 25 years. Jean is responsible for scheduling and preauthorizing surgery may be helpful in fielding pre and postoperative questions and any other matters that pertain to surgical issues.
