Appointments

Office hours are by appointment only. Every effort will be made to accommodate emergency visits. Secretarial services for scheduling appointments are provided Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. All major credit cards, checks, or cash are acceptable forms of payment. Patients enrolled in managed care are required to present appropriate referral forms at time of initial consultation.
